Manufacturing Capabilities and scope:

We design and manufacture folding cartons and quality packaging solutions. Our manufacturing campus is located in the heart of Vaughan, Ontario with easy access to 407 and 400 and 427. We are just 15 minutes from Toronto International Airport. Our 30,000 square foot facility has multiple layout options which can facilitate both added capacity and growth in the future. We have an annual production capacity of 200 millions cartons

Our team of experienced Sales Executives and Customer Service Representatives manage all facets of communication with our customers. From strategy, planning and concept meetings, we advise on feasibility and cost effectiveness. We make sure our customers are fully informed about all aspects of the production of their projects.

Pre-press:

Whether it's an idea of your own creation or one conjured by our creative teams, artwork files can be delivered to us via CD, DVD, via email or uploaded to your very own client FTP site. Once we have the files our prepress team manages the job through strict colour management process to proofing and plate imaging.
Need to reprint a job from a few years ago? Want to make some changes first? No Problem. Every project we process is permanently archived and is readily retrieved. Retrieval is as easy as a keyword search.
Evergo's colour management systems allow absolute control of colour between the file, proofing and printed project. Our customers can have total confidence in our ability to get the correct colour – every time. This allows you to have absolute confidence in our ability to get the job right, on time, for you.

Print:

Where the real mastery unfolds, the transformation of a pallet of paper into a world of colour, movement and excitement occurs in our pressroom. Each colour expertly placed on top of the last to create that timeless illusion that is colour printing.
Our 6 colour automated press is computer controlled and is linked to advanced computerized colour management systems. These systems automatically read and accurately adjust colours to specific standards long before the human eye even has time to register a problem.

Post press:

If it needs to be chopped, sliced, diced, scored, inserted, tipped–in, glued, resealable closure, in-line perforation, scoring, 3 forms of glue application (peelable, Pressure sensitive & permanent), cut to shape, machine-folded, hand-folded, assembled, or even poly-wrapped, shrink wrapped, this is where it all happens.
